Exhibition Opening & First Friday - Musical Performance

The Museum celebrates First Friday with the opening reception for: 20th Anniversary Artistry in Wood, Candida Hofer: Interiors & Historic Landscapes from the Sonoma County Museum Collection (July 11-August 31, 2008).

Tap your toes to musicians, Amber Lee (of Amber Lee & the Anomalies) & Darren O'Brien, who will be performing outdoors on portico.

Rosie the Trolley offers free shuttle service to the Museum during Art Walk hours. Look out for it while you are downtown!

The Bonfide Blue will peform outdoors on our portico. Come down and enjoy their mix of blues, rock and r&b.

The Museum remains open late for Santa Rosa's Downtown ArtWalk with entertainment & refreshments outdoors on our portico. Rosie the Trolley offers free shuttle service to the Museum during Art Walk hours. Look out for it while you are downtown!

Join members of the Sonoma County Woodworkers Association for an afternoon of hands-on projects for children and expert woodworking technique demonstrations by some of the finest woodworkers in the North Bay Region.

Auxilary's Annual White Elephant Sale

The Sonoma County Museum Auxiliary's Annual White Elephant Sale will be held in the Museum's parking lot.

If you would like to donate any household items to the sale, please limit to smaller items (no microwaves, TV's, couhces, exercise equipment etc.) and please no clothing (except for children's).

Help with setting up (6:30am-8:00am) and cleaning up (2:30pm)is needed. The Auxiliary also needs some drivers to help pick-up some items.
